Named Vivo, the 20-storey mixed-use development by Cleveland Projects would deliver 320 apartments across two 18-storey residential towers on a shared podium, with two ground-floor commercial tenancies activating the Cleveland and Zillah Streets corner. The project has been designed by Ellivo Architects with landscape architecture by Cusp and town planning by Urban Strategies. The existing buildings, which include two dwelling houses, a commercial office in a former dwelling and three 3-storey apartment buildings, would be demolished to make way for the new towers.
