Named Vivo, the 20-storey mixed-use development by Cleveland Projects would deliver 320 apartments across two 18-storey residential towers on a shared podium, with two ground-floor commercial tenancies activating the Cleveland and Zillah Streets corner. The project has been designed by Ellivo Architects with landscape architecture by Cusp and town planning by Urban Strategies. The proposal involves consolidating seven existing land parcels, spanning from 71 to 85 Cleveland Street, to create a 4,251 m² development site. The existing buildings, which include two dwelling houses, a commercial office in a former dwelling and three 3-storey apartment buildings, would be demolished to make way for the new towers.

Brisbane-based developer Cavcorp has lodged a development application for a roughly 18-level apartment building (counted as 15 storeys under the Brisbane City Plan) with 93 apartments at 55 Wyandra Street, Teneriffe. The proposal replaces an unbuilt 2012 approval on the same 3,401 square metre site and dedicates an 85 metre cross block laneway which would be known as ‘Teneriffe Lane’ between Wyandra and Helen Streets to the public realm

Brisbane developer Pikos Group has lodged a development application for a 30 storey residential apartment building at 78-82 Doggett Street, Newstead. The proposal would deliver 161 apartments above a five storey base, with 137 square metres of ground floor tenancies for food and beverage, retail or commercial uses. The application was filed with Brisbane City Council on 14 May 2026 via Pikos’ site-specific company 80 Doggett St Pty Ltd

Construction has commenced on Duet Porta, the first tower within Red & Co’s $800 million multi stage Duet Portside development in Northshore Hamilton. The milestone was marked with a sod turning ceremony at the 7,500 square metre site at 11 to 23 MacArthur Avenue, with builder 5Point appointed to deliver the 25 level tower. The first stage carries an end value of $350 million. Duet Porta forms the first stage of the broader two tower Duet Portside development within the tightly held Portside precinct, where opportunities for new development remain limited. The 25 level tower will feature a collection of 200 premium residences offering a mix of one, two, and three bedroom apartments, including configurations with multi purpose rooms. Apartments are priced from $1,045,000 and have been designed to appeal to a broad buyer demographic spanning first home buyers, local downsizers, owner occupiers, and interstate purchasers.

Partnering with acclaimed architecture firm Jackson Teece, Keylin’s 1,012 m² site will deliver a boutique building of 52 apartments, thoughtfully designed to prioritise accessible inner city living while striking a balance between high end design and the needs of the middle market. The project includes 48 two bedroom apartments and four Sky Homes with uninterrupted views, along with three basement levels for resident and visitor car parking and bike storage.
